Huaibei City Implements "One List, Six Clarity" for Early-Stage Engineering Construction Projects
Recently, the government services window of the Huaibei Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau has deepened the reform of the engineering construction project approval system. Relying on the integrated service work system for engineering construction project approval, and jointly with the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, and other departments, it has established a joint intervention working mechanism of "one project, six lists" for the early stage of projects, achieving "one list, six clarity" (clear site selection opinions, clear construction requirements, clear handling matters, clear handling procedures, clear intermediary services, and clear review standards) for the early stage of engineering construction projects in Huaibei City.
